This Sunday -at both services- Welcome Beth Ranoull and her family - Intern for the Diaconate
It is my joy to announce that Beth Ranoull will be joining St. Mary's for a six month internship as she discerns a call to the Diaconate in the Episcopal Church. Beth will officially begin her internship with us on July 18th. I spoke with Beth and she said "I am thrilled to be joining the St. Mary's family." Please join me as we welcome and make Beth, her husband Jeff and their children feel at home at St.Mary's!
FYI's on Getting to know Beth!
Beth resides in the Fruit Cove area of St Johns County. She and her husband Jeff share 5 children together -Ashley (22), Branden (22), Chandler (20), Ava (15), and Annabel (9).
A native of Decatur, Alabama, Beth graduated from Auburn University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science and a Master’s Degree in Public Administration. She has most recently completed the required coursework in the School for Diaconal Formation in the Diocese of Florida and one year of hospital chaplaincy training.
Prior to Beth’s call to ministry, she worked in government and politics in Nashville, Tennessee AND right here in Green Cove Springs! After 7 years as a full time stay at home mom, Beth was called to be the Director of Children’s and Family Ministries at the Episcopal Church of Our Saviour in Mandarin where she continues to serve in that capacity. She is also an on-call chaplain with Baptist Health. In her spare time Beth enjoys spending time with family, going to the beach, and exploring our beautiful state.
